I had the most amazing home birth this past October 2022 and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Andrea! I am so glad I found her and chose her for my midwife for my home birth and prenatal care. From the very 1st day I met Andrea I felt like I was in very good hands. She Was very friendly, informative and thorough since the 1st day we met. She has extensive background and training in midwifery and home birth and felt at ease knowing that she would be delivering my child. She always explained things very thoroughly And is able to send you for any tests and bloodwork you may need or want. She explains all procedures, tests, etc. But never makes you feel like you must do something, and always listens and respects your decisions. She's easy to work with, easy to talk to and the whole billing process was super simple with the company she uses. During the 10 months I got to know her, I can say I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a midwife or looking to have a homebirth. If I have another child in the future Andrea is definitely the person I would use for another home birth! It was absolutely amazing. Compared to a hospital birth, this was a million out of ten for being amazing in every way. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Andrea she gave me the strength And the knowledge needed for the outcome I wanted. I hd an amazing home birth and my child was born the beginning of October, no complications at all and Andrea was there every step of the way, her and her team will take such good care of you during an after pregnancy it was always nice to see her I'm sad our visits ended! I feel like I made a friend.

Andrea was receptive and supportive the whole time! She kept her cool when we had complications and made every effort to help after the birth as well. I honestly missed not having her as a part of my life after the birth. She knows what she is doing and is beyond supportive. I had such a beautiful experience at home with her. I would use her again for a second baby.

I met Andrea through a recommendation from my doula, and I was immediately impressed by her confidence and knowledge. My partner, who is a physician, was at first apprehensive about my wish to birth at home, but was reassured after meeting and speaking with Andrea who was able to allay his concerns.  He was particularly impressed by her years and years of experience, calm and confident demeanor, and the sense of trust she engendered in being willing to talk through various scenarios and how we would manage them collaboratively with the shared goal of a safe, healthy delivery for mom and baby. I looked forward to all of our appointments and felt informed and empowered the entire time. All birthing people should feel this way. Andrea was always incredibly professional, organized, and responsive, while going out of her way to put me at ease throughout the entire process. I am eternally grateful Andrea helped make my vision of safely birthing at home come to fruition.

I can't possibly say enough good about Andrea. For the birth of my first child, she worked as hard to ensure that I was physically taken care, as I was mentally. For the duration of my care with her, both my birth partner and I felt so empowered. She was the first (and last) midwife with whom we met; we knew right away that she was going to be our person. There were so many things we loved about Andrea during that first meeting, but the thing that stuck out most to us was that she let us know that she was going to do what was best for me and my baby, even if that meant a transfer to a local hospital. It made us feel like her mission was not to prove anything about home birth, but rather to make sure everyone was safe and sound. That being said, we had a successful home birth and loved our experience with Andrea so much we decided to have another baby and do it again! Andrea is a part of our family now. All these years later we remain grateful to her and her team every, single day.

I feel so lucky to have found Andrea when I did - in February of 2020, 20 weeks into my pregnancy, I decided to switch my birth plan to a home birth. After interviewing a few other practices, my husband and I had a video call with Andrea and instantly it just felt right. My beautiful daughter was born at the end of May 2021 and I delivered her in the comfort of my home while my other children slept soundly in their upstairs bedrooms. It was calm, it was peaceful, and it was civilized in a way that I did not think a birth could be. Andrea made that happen for our family. From the very first time I reached out to her, she was friendly, yet extremely professional. She is highly educated in her field and passionate about what she does. I love that she recommends and is open to natural methods that really work but she is firmly rooted in medicine and science and those two put together make for the best care possible in my opinion. There was never a time that I did not have total confidence in Andrea's ability to care for me. She was always completely honest about everything, she kept me informed, and allowed me to make my own choices based on facts. If you are looking for a midwife and have found Andrea Diamond, stop looking.

Andrea cared for me for my second pregnancy and home birth, which was a wonderful experience. I was confident that, in choosing Andrea, we would have meticulous, evidence-based care. I also knew that, as long as my pregnancy and birth progressed normally and naturally, Andrea would be as respectful and hands-off as I wanted her to be. For me, Andrea is the right balance of trust (that birth is normal and usually safe) and caution (vigilance to make sure everything is still within the range of normal and a game plan of what to do if things don't continue as expected). While my first home birth was also a wonderful experience, my husband and I commented that with the birth of our son everything went exactly as we hoped and there was actually nothing we would change. Andrea's support and care helped me to have an optimal pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. I strongly recommend her services and can't speak about being under her care highly enough!

Andrea was our midwife in the birth of our son Hillel. From the beginning pregnancy and until the 6 week visit after the birth, she accompanied us and Surrounded us with love and care. The birth itself was an amazing experience, and we could not ask for a better midwife. Andrea was attentive and sensitive, and gave us the space we needed and at the same time, the support and sense of security we wished for. Thank you Andrea!!

Andrea Diamond was the midwife I was looking for. The fist thing I was looking for was to find someone reliable and trustworthy. Andrea was definitely the right person. She is very professional, always on time and extremely reliable. When I had a questions big or small, she would get back to me right away. In the middle of my pregnancy, my insurance decided to drop me and beside that stressful situation Andrea stayed professional and supportive.

Andrea was an utter professional. Her prenatal care was extraordinary - She was available to answer any of my questions at any time of day. At the birth of our daughter, Andrea made concise, educated decisions. Knowing I was in such wonderful hands made it easy to relax and simply birth my baby. We took part in her Hypnobirthing course, which I credit for the calm, beautiful birthing experience we had. I can't wait to have another baby under Andrea's care!! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

A great professional, always on time, accurate, respectful, considerate and very knowledgeable. When my water broke at 3am, she was at my door in 20 mins after my call, fully equipped and ready to go. During the birth of my daughter, she was completely in control, supportive and caring, but also decisive in her actions. I credit her with being able to deliver in ~3 hrs w/o drugs, which is amazing, considering it was also a VBAC. All in all, a AAA service from a highly skilled professional.

Andrea delivered our baby boy in December 2015. It was an awesome gentle hypnobirthing experience,both her and her assistant shalwan (whom I had just met that day) provided the intimate homebirth environment that my husband and I were looking for. Andrea followed my pregnancy since week 20. She was very caring, involved and had the best recommendation from getting a doula to which kind of probiotics to get etc. Our family is extremel satisfied and will seek her services for future pregnancies.
