Not a serious office. Office staff is incompetent and it is difficult to navigate the office because no one is in charge. After one year it got worse. Asked multiple times to talk to the PA with no response. Followed by being, “GHOSTED.” Hard to believe WHOEVER is in charge allows this K-haus to occur. Knowing this is a young practice, disappointed they moved from “OK” to “NOT OK.”

I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. I followed her from her two previous offices and now that she is on her own with her own practice things have never been better. She is a very caring professional who goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. I would and have recommended her to everyone I know.

Thought I finally found a caring professional. I sent all required paperwork for new patient enrollment. Had scheduled appointment. Confirmed appointment from her text. Call in for my appointment, on time, and she was dumbfounded, knew nothing, then accused me of disrespecting a woman!! and hung up on me. She then found her info and emailed me back with insincere apology and said I did not send correct info (which means she sent me incorrect info to fill out, I guess). My advice as a medical professional for 40 years is to run away from this "practice", because she can't even get that part right...
