It is hard to take this step in life and admit that you need help overcoming hardships and healing your emotional health. I can say from experience that it is the best step I ever made. I am so thankful that I chose Andrea Betting as my therapist. She worked with me on healing so many things (trauma from childhood and adulthood, fear, pain, self doubt, inability to focus, inability to overcome things, she even helped me with my physical health because my mental health has a huge part in that) and my life has changed in almost every aspect because of it. She is kind and compassionate and she helps in ways you never thought possible. For me, I will forever be grateful to her for the change in my life. I feel like I can handle all things through the strength and healing I received. I learned so much about myself and I healed so much pain that I've carried for far too long.
