Brilliant therapist who helped me through a very challenging time. "Mindfulness" has become a way of life. under stress not as easy but he taught me thingsI will never forget. Mainly, to get over yourself and give up on perfection. it does NOT exsist.

This wonderful human being is a brilliant man. Learned mindfulness which was needed "in the moment" under some stressful circumstances. He teaches life-long lessons. Thanking God for getting the opportunity to work with him.
