The best therapist I’ve ever seen
I’ve moved around a lot over the last 12 years, and I’ve tried to have an active relationship with a therapist in each place. Dr. Stafford outshines everyone. She offers a unique blend of techniques (from CBT to more classic psychotherapy methods), and that blend has changed even as we go along and my life circumstances change. She is honest and caring, and the sole reason I have made it out of the last several years. My circumstances have changed wildly during the time we’ve seen each other, and she has always been willing to work with me. I cannot recommend enough.
