Analene Cesar, FNP

Ms. Cesar is very difficult to understand, talks very fast and throws out a lot of medical terms without explaining them or using illustrations. Ms. Cesar is rude and cuts you off without letting you ask questions. I don't think she cares enough about her patients or giving quality care. She really needs to work on her communication skills, especially English pronunciation. Ms. Cesar acts like it isn't her job to make you feel confident about your health care. She does not seem to understand that she's doing things that affect her patients' bodies, she just expects to be trusted without the need for vetting or verification. She works in a pain management clinic where mostly all she does is push opioids, which requires no skills. She is not personable and never offers a smile or asks how you are or how you are feeling. Ms. Cesar seems to just want to get out of the room as fast as possible.
