I saw here approx a few months 15 years ago. Good listener with some techniques that helped me relax and make progress quickly. I did have to explore how I was perpetuating some negative thoughts. I had to look briefly at how I was benefiting from negative patterns. She introduced that idea after I was very comfortable and ready. That moved things along even more quickly
