Unfortunately, my experience with Ana Tattersall-Cocke was very frustrating. After being prescribed a medication that was later discontinued, a miscommunication between her office and the pharmacy (Genoa Pharmacy) resulted in me being charged for a refill I did not want.I reached out to Ana for help, assuming she would advocate for her patient and help resolve the issue, but she refused to take any responsibility and told me it was “not her problem.” Instead of stepping in to correct the mistake, she left me to deal with the financial consequences of an error that was not mine.If you are looking for a provider who is proactive, communicates clearly, and takes accountability for patient care, I would not recommend Ana Tattersall-Cocke. Patients deserve better.
