If I could give her zero stars I would. I was having my annual physical with my doctor and she asked if I'd like to hear about their counseling program so I said sure, why not right? I'll tell you why not: Monica came in, was extremely condescending and patronizing and told me that I wouldn't fit in with their program. She spoke to me for a total of maybe ten minutes, outlining what they offer etc. and then left. I received a bill for a full therapy session a few weeks later. She's terrible!
