Really takes her time to understand and explains what is happening. She has kept me from having to have shoulder and knee surgery. In addition to recovering fully from a torn ACL. She an absolute wizard!

Amy Trujillo is an outstanding physical therapist. My orthopedic surgeon thinks she is brilliant, and she's helped me fully recover from several surgeries, including shoulder, hip, spine and hand. (Unfortunately, I have major health issues.) Amy treats each patient with the utmost concern and care. It's important to allow ample time for each visit. She is worth it!

I highly recommend Amy Trujillo, and her staff at One to One Physical Therapy. I was advised for fusion surgery due to multiple disk injuries in my neck. Thankfully, Amy was recommended to me by a friend. The result after therapy, monitoring and educating me about how to manage my injuries is that I am free of pain and did not have to undergo surgery as recommended by my neurosurgeon. I continue to live a very active and athletic lifestyle. The One to One program is exceptional.
