Even tho I was at the office to discuss a "dreaded" colonoscopy, I actually enjoyed spending time with Amy and other staff members who were very warm, caring and responsive. I learned more about the procedure and gained new insight into my condition.

Amy Serafini was all one could ask for. Thoroughly knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, and sensitive, Amy made me feel that I was in the best of hands her attention to detail was superb. Her approach was not to assume, but always to inquire, and then take the necessary steps. I felt so grateful to be in her care.
