I love amy, and her staff is usually great, but her connection with big medical association is terrible. You can't get thru on phone, you wait, the gate keepers are terrible. I hate this association and wish she was on her own again. Not sure how long I can deal with this set up before I find another rnp.

Amy is the most compassionate and professional health care provider we have ever had. Her staff is also amazing and are like family. Kelly, Martha and Mimi are very well trained and are very efficient and kind no matter what the day brings .

Amy is great. I have been going to her for over 10 years, but her staff is terrible. You wait at least an hour to see her, my last visit took 2 1/2 hours. They didn't send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I still don't have them. I don't think her staff let's her know they screwed up. I call and call with no results. Looking for a new place.

Love the care I receive at Desert Bloom Family Practice. Amy is the only Healthcare provider I’ve ever fully trusted with my care since I moved to Tucson. Her staff is amazing as well

Every visit I have had with her, she is always very friendly and extremely informative. She listens to my concerns and has helped cure whatever illness I am going through at that time. Although she has a good team under her, I will not see anyone but her, even if it means waiting an extra day or so.

Amy is a professional, caring health care provider. She takes time with her patients and never rushes. She sets a high standard for herself and anyone working with her in the office. Amy is genuinely interested in how your life is going and what makes you happy outside of the office visit. She makes you feel comfortable and cared for the minute you meet her and every visit afterward.

Amy is a wonderful person and an excellent provider. She once figured out an infection my elderly mother had been suffering with and treated it effectively when the specialist didn’t get the job done. Our entire family sees her and we all trust her implicitly. Great provider with a great staff.

I have had amy as my dr for years...she is the most compassionate and understanding dr i have ever had...wouldn't trade her or her staff for anyone...if you are sick and need someone to actually listen to you..then that person is amy..excellant np
