I live in Bothell WA, but fell and broke my arm in the KC Jazz Museum on May 8, 2015. Amy was concerned, appropriately inquisitive, and clearly caring. She provided my wife and with peanut butter and crackers. She gave me two plastic bags to cover my new cast while showering, along with tape to use if necessary. Best of all, she texted my wife the next day (maybe it was later that evening) to make sure I was doing okay, and encouraging me to return to TMC if I needed to. We were so grateful for her attitude, attentiveness, generosity of spirit, and overall care. And — she has a child who have been in a geography bee in Abilene, our next destination. Don Kiehl
