Please do not use this office if you have a child with special needs of any kind, or if your child has a complex medical diagnosis. When my daughter became extremely ill mid January with major personality changes, stomach aches and headaches, we were told by Amy Ragsdale that it was all “behavior” and that our child was “manipulating” us. 4 long months later of watching our child get worse and worse, we now know that our child has abnormal brain waves and inflammation due to several autoimmune conditions that require treatment. Please reconsider using this doctor.

I have been recommending Amy to anyone looking for a PCP from 2015. I have friends with multiple medical conditions, who see different specialists and there is no communication between their physicians. Amy gets her patients records from all the physicians and wants all notes so she can ensure that you are not over or under medicated, and there are no drug to drug interactions. Most importantly, she is backed by a wonderful staff, who get you appointments asap especially if you are sick.

My experience is wonderful, she is a fabulous person who takes time out to meet all of my needs. There has never been anyone as amazing as she has been with my treatment and attending to any situation or medical problem that I may have. She is one of a kind. I recommend her to anyone...

I have been seeing Amy from 2015. I will not choose any one else as my primary care physician. She listens, is compassionate and makes you feel that you are an important person to her. She remembers little details, and even after my husband health insurance was no longer contracted, she still asked about him to make sure that he was ok. I always recommend her when someone is looking for a new physician in South Orlando/Kisimmee area.

What is simple at a normal medical practice is an obstacle course. Allow several weeks and expect to call many times to nag them to do their jobs. One example of many: there are signs posted in the lobby about allowing extra time for prescription refills. They consider delays so commonplace that it's on you to schedule for it. If you care about your family's care, go where you are a priority, not an imposition cutting into their workday.
