Amy Pullizzi

Since high school I’ve had a history of stress-related neck spasms. While I was away at college, I would go to the local CVS MinuteClinic when I got a neck spasm because my primary care physician was back home. The time when Amy Pullizzi saw me at the MinuteClinic, I told her my medical history and how taking a muscle relaxant like Flexeril in conjunction with ibuprofen/rest had always helped my neck spasms in the past. Amy wouldn’t listen. She insisted that muscle relaxants would not help, and how I needed to go to an Emergency Room because there must be something seriously wrong w my neck. Apparently, there was nothing she could do to help me. After driving in pain to the emergency room, the doctor quickly prescribed me the muscle relaxant I had told Amy was always helpful in the past. My muscle spasm went away in about 3 days. Ultimately, I felt zero empathy from Amy as a person and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone who is in pain and needs help.
