Amy is "Terrific". In addition to being an excellent healthcare professional, she is also very caring and vigilant in her concern for patients well being. I was recently on travel to the West Coast and developed a severe sinus infection. I was miserable. Thankfully, I was able to easily connect with Richmond ENT (Amy Meadors), explain my situation, and within hours Amy had forwarded a prescription to a convenient pharmacy. I recovered and the trip was successful. Many Thanks To Amy!

I wouldn't know after waiting over an hour to see the her. Took hearing test and then the audiologist and the team went out to lunch while I sat in the waiting room for over an hour until I said something to the people at the desk. One of the staff from the back stated they had taken 2 patients in front of me and I would need to wait at least 30 additional minutes for each of those patients to be seen. Though I was also told there is some concern with my hearing the doctor will need to evaluate.
