When I started with Dr. Loschert, I was in treatment for ovarian cancer. I had discussed being plant based for my cancer and previous lyme disease. The program appealed to me for the promise of being tailored to me. Three weeks in, I quickly realized the program was not. I received supplements which were the same supplements all her clients receive, including animal products and some that didn't align with my chemo. I was given modules to watch which were the same for all her patients with nutrition that did not align with my goals. I was surprised that Dr. Loschert recommended the program would be a good fit for me! In the first 3 weeks I only had the initial call with Dr. Loschert and one 15 minute "health coach" who knew very little about me. I decided to withdraw from the program and after much back and forth and promises of more individualization later in the program, I only received 57% of my initial investment back due to her very carefully worded termination clause.

Review
When I chose to start this program with Elemental Health, I was a breast cancer survivor experiencing severe fatigue, brain fog, poor concentration, stress from work/life, weight gain while eating very little food due to feeling so bloated after eating small amounts of food, and very low energy. All of this kept me from living the active, fun lifestyle I was craving.....I wanted to have energy to go out with my husband, stay up to watch a movie, to go out with friends and exercise, when I wanted to. One day a thought occurred to me, that my severe fatigue and lack of energy will cause/is causing a disability and will prevent me from working and living the life I want, so I chose to do something about it. One day I read about Dr Amy Loschert at Elemental Health and agreed to participate in her program. I was a little concerned about sticking to this regimented program beyond the first two weeks because I had tried different food plans/detoxing in the past and I would still have food cra

Excellent program!
Dr. Loschert's program is excellent. I have been able to lose weight and eat healthier. It has taught me to get organized in regards to my health and well being. Some of the inflammation in my body has been lifted and I sleep better. No more pain when I get up in the morning. It takes work and it's not easy, but definitely something everyone should do. Looking forward to being healthy to be able to enjoy my family and memories to come. Thank you!
