I do not wish to see this provider any more. I also do wish to continue with Community Health Network. The estimate was $115. I was charged $213 (she probably billed for 40 mins instead of 30 mins which was estimate cost) I was with her for maybe 20 minutes, and billed for a longer service time than I actually had. I was also billed for 'mental health services, which I didn't receive. I was handed an anxiety and depression screener, asked to fill them out, and then billed. Not everyone with insurance gets appointments covered. Due to my deductible, it was all out of my own pocket. Also, I asked her to look in my mouth due to spot a dentist told me about and she looked for 3 secs, then said that she didn't see anything. I was overcharged for nothing other than her filling in info in the computer. It is a disgrace that our medical system treats Americans citizens with no dignity or respect. I will not be returning. I hope she starts to respect her patients.
