Office staff is empowered by Dr Hance
Staff had a new operating system that sent text messages to patients stating they had missed their appointments and instructed to call the office to reschedule. Called, left voicemail with zero response. Was chastised for not keeping my original appointment as if I were to know they had issues with their software. The actual so called doctor of chiropractic said it was best to go elsewhere. So lame, so woke. Stay away from unprofessional businesses
