I was very satisfied with my visit. Amy knew what my skin issue was as soon as she saw it, and this was after seeing two other doctors who misdiagnosed it. She was thorough, even gave me a print out of what the problem was so I could read about. Offered the best solution and took care of me. I will definitely refer her and will return for a full body check as I have melanoma in my family. The staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely a pleasant experience.

I was a little concerned when I read some of the current poor reviews but decided I would see for myself.I was pleased to find her staff friendly, helpful and professional.Amy listened carefully ,answered all my questions, took a biopsy, of an area to make sure it wasn't skin cancer, and did so with minimal pain.

She spent very little time with me (MAYBE 5 minutes for a 60 dollar visit), and left the room without wrapping things up or even saying goodbye. Was very unsympathetic to what I am dealing with. The other staff in the office were very accommodating, but needless to say I will be following up with someone else.

the whole thing was rushed. she was barely in the room for more than two minutes. constantly disappearing out the door leaving me feeling very conflicted and confused.
she seemed in rush to be anywhere else but there. didn't appear to listen or care about anything i said. just a lot of fast talking and rushing out the door.
her assistant was also in the room at the same time when asked for an exam. very uncomfortable...

Waited over 45 minutes to be seen at the Pennsylvania location. Amy Depalma rushed my visit, she didn't show any concern. Office Staff is unfriendly and rude. Wouldn't recommend this office to a family member or friend !!
