I have been seeing Amy for over 2 years. I have found her to be compassionate, understanding and also challenging. All good things. Her ability to use different modalities in treatment is a real plus as she is able to cater to the individual's needs instead of pulling out a "one size fits all" solution. I will and have recommended her to other people.

Amy has been one of the best therapists/counselors I've ever had the pleasure of having. She established a very open means of communication to ensure that we would be a good fit for each other. The fact that she even acknowledged that she may not be the best fit showed her professionalism. She was easy to open up to and because of that we have an excellent rapport that has helped me make significant gains in all aspects of my life. I owe her a lot for the progress I've made in my personal growth
