My Dr. recently retired and this was my first intro with Dr. Buonaccorsi. My visit was with her assistant who did not I introduce herself. Very thorough but definitely not personable. She went to talk with the Dr who came in, said she would like to change my contact brand and left. Again, no introduction, no "I will be taking over for Dr Mills." I was unimpressed with the personal aspect but the visit was what it needed to be, a general eye exam. We will se what happens at the next one.
