After breaking my heels, Dr. Ghate has referred me to Indiana Total Therapy and I knew I made the right decision the first day I went there. The first person to see me that day was Paul and he evaluated my range of motion and whatnot and got me started on some small stuff. As the weeks progressed I worked with Amy & also almost every one of her staff and each one including Amy were outstanding. I felt extremely motivated each time I went to just push a little further little by little. Needless to say they set me up a program and I stuck to it and now I am back to walking around and doing things I love to do, playing with the daughter, wife, and those around me. Life feels a little more normal after going through a double heel break. Either way at first its always a struggle and painful, but once you get going, you forget about the pain and you push through it and they help keep you on the right track each time you're there. I absolutely love them and appreciate what they did for me.
