Amy is a very nice person and seems very caring. Her appointments were not rushed and seemed to want to help our family member in need by offering to provide medical services that we discussed would help. Once our family member became her patient however, we were not able to get the services she had said she would be able to provide, and she made a grave miss diagnosis, telling us our family member will pass soon. Luckily we were able to bring our family member to other health care providers that were able to resolve the urgent issues and bring back a state of health that amy said would not be possible in her words, ever at all. Therefore I am really not happy with her service and believe she actually was more harmful than helpful because she caused emotional damage during an already challenging time. I believe amy does care, however her focus and belief system seem narrow. From my understanding palliative care was supposed to provide applicable healing modalities to the patient's need
