Amy Andrews provided me with an extensive skincare regimen tailored to address my acne, along with a clear explanation of each prescribed medication's purpose. Though I took notes during the appointment, I briefly missed whether I needed to continue a previous medication. A week later, I reached out to the doctor's office for clarification. Kaitlyn was EXTREMELY helpful, she thoroughly reviewed my appointment notes and addressed all my inquiries. Overall, I highly recommend this dermatology practice; the staff is nice, and the wait times are short.

Long wait times, and rushed appointments
Waited over 3 months to see Amy for her to discuss my conditions with me for 10 minutes and prescribe me some general prescriptions. I’ve had ongoing dermatitis for quite some time and Dr. Andrews has failed to treat it. It’s difficult to get prescriptions filled from their office, and they close very early. In order to see them you’ll have to take a vacation day at work.

Less than 10 minutes in the office with me, did not attempt to look at 1/2 of problem skin, examined skin for less than 10 seconds. While discussing the issue and plan of care, Amy consistently talked over me, dismissed level of discomfort, and did not take mental health issues into consideration. It felt like she was preaching a message that she had prepared without taking any personal experiences or information into consideration. Would rate 0/5 stars if possible.

Amy is very pleasant and thoughtful. When performing an annual skin check she is very thorough, and double checked the moles of concern. She answers questions well and in plain English.

I would not recommend a visit to Amy Andrews if you are having dermatological concerns. I have been having a lot of concerns and have seen many doctors. Finally I decided to see Amy. While I was in the office, her assistant took my information down and Amy eventually came in. Amy barely came in the door, told me she couldn't help me, wouldn't look at the pictures I took of my breakouts, and told me she didn't want to treat me. Yet, she still told me to make a 3 (or 4) month follow up.
