Amori Salami-Henry, NP

I recently moved and was unable to get labs and come into the office. I did not have insurance or a job to get another doctor right away, so I asked Amori Salami if I could get my prescriptions sent to a pharmacy in my new location. All the while she said they would do that and monitor us from a distance (This was per Dr. Waguespack), but I ran out of medications and it was right at Christmas time and she said she would refill them. When I went to the pharmacy that I gave her, they told me they were cancelled. I called back and she said she could not do that or would not do that. Now my 2 children are in a place where they have no medication that is necessary for their thyroid replacement.
