Kind and positive
I can't speak highly enough about Ami Flores. She has cared for my elderly mother for several years and is always so patient and positive with her. My mother actually looks forward to her oncology appointment just because she gets to see Ami. We recently found out that Ami and the oncology group will no longer be covered by my mother's insurance. At the next enrollment, my mother will change insurance providers just so she can stay with Ms. Flores.

Horrible phone call. My main doctor made a request on May 20th, they called me on JUNE 2th. Her assistant Angelica, she is very rude. i asked tele/online appointment, she said they dont have. i would cancel my appointment. this is unbelieveble experience. Senem B
