Excellent practitioner. Horrible office staff.
Dr Anderson-Mooney is an excellent practitioner and I can not recommend her highly enough. Everything about her and her manner are professional. About a year has gone by and neither I or the referring Dr have received copies of the testing. I have contacted the office and left messages on more than several occasions inquiring about this with no response. Today I did receive an email to sign up for the patient portal which I did. There is a not there that money is owed for the last testing. I am assuming that this is why the testing has not been sent. I again attempted contact by phone asking if this is why the testing has not been sent? Other questions are-where they ever going to notify me that money is owed? Was it billed to insurance? Do I need to talk to insurance? So I will wait and see if there is any response.I respect and appreciate Dr Anderson- Moony I do not know if I would use her again for testing if I have to deal with this office staff.

Extremely Attentive and Compassionate
My adult son was evaluated. His medical history is long. Dr Mooney Anderson's report was the most well written and thoroughly accurate report we have received in the last 30 years. There were no errors in the accounting of his medical or personal history. It is always so frustrating to get a report and feel that the provider just didn't listen or research . Beyond her report writing and listening skills, she was so compassionate and pleasant. She was worth the wait and set my son at ease during the testing. I can't say enough to recommend her services .

Did a lengthy, thorough cognitive exam to determine my ability to handle my own affairs. I needed an expert in the field after a VA doctor checked a box that indicated I may be unable to handle my affairs. The result was the VA was going to restrict me from handling my money and other affairs. It also meant I could not own a firearm. I passed the tests (several hours worth) and it was determined I could handle my affairs without incident. Prior to my trial with the VA the judge called to apologize after reading letters from 5 doctors plus the report from Dr. Anderson-Mooney stating I did not need others to handle my affairs. It was an error by the VA doctor who checked a box but gave no reason for doing so. No cognitive questions were asked during my review with the VA doctor so it was a complete surprise to receive the letter stating they would take my ability to manage my financial and other affairs. Dr. Anderson-Mooney was absolutely wonderful to work with during the testing
