My experience with Dr. Youssef and her staff was very good. She and her staff are kind and helpful. Dr. Youssef has amazing rapport with patients and seems to genuinely care. I enjoyed my visit to this office, and I highly recommend for optometry needs.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Seems to genuinely care about her patients eyesight. Willing to take the time to explain the pros and cons of the procedures.
Her doctor/ patient relation skills are excellent.

Dr. Youssef is fantastic! She extremely knowledgeable and offers the coolest options to correct your vision, things I didn't even know existed. I hate getting my eyes dilated and she has a machine to do a whole bunch of different tests in like 2 min! Office is gorgeous w subtle GLITTER wallpaper. All the chic frames including my 2 favs Gucci & Dita. Oh, AND they made my glasses in the time it took to walk to Starbucks and back (they're in the Summerlin mall) 25, 30 min... in LOVE...

Nobody answers the phone or returns calls; eye exam was given by staff member until I asked to see the dr; I only received half of the contacts I paid for and no prescriptions. My order got lost and took forever to get to me but it ended up being what they already had in stock, which did not fit my eye measurements. Terrible service, would not recommend at all!!
