was given the runaround on a prescription after a voicemail was left on my phone from her staff saying a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. after countless phone calls back and forth from the office to my pharmacy, i was finally transferred to the front desk staff who told me Amber wasn’t even in office and my prescription had never been sent. front desk staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. not sure if they lack communication, customer service skills or common sense but i will definitely be finding a new provider. would never recommend this place.

She needs her license REVOKED ASAP ! she is not concerned about her patients nor does she know how to do her job. She has made me have to retake the same test 3 times simply because none of her worked let me know how to prepare before an ultrasound. we had an appointment at 3. Her assistant called at 2 and I TOLD her then I would be able to speak at the scheduled appointment time at 3 (btw any other time we have a result appointment scheduled she wouldn’t call until at LEAST and hour and a half later). She ended up calling back at 2:45 and I again told her I am with a client I will be able to talk at the scheduled time of 3. She then proceeds to tell me we’ll see if I can call you back then ? You’ll see ? What’s the whole point of an appointment time if you think the world simply revolves around you and your schedule ? I simply allowed her to have her moment and called back a MINUTE later which I told her I could once I got my client out the door. She finally answers back after 15 calls to her. She then tells me I didn’t prep correctly for the ultrasound so there are no results. Which of course pisses me off more because this will now be the 3rd time I’m taking this test for this same issue which I’ve been coming to her for about a month and a half now. Ridiculous. I of course upset and frustrated am trying to explain why I am and she simply is rude and not understanding where she hangs up the phone. So of course I drive my little self to the office because one I need to reschedule and no one is picking up the phone and two. You got the wrong one. As soon as I arrive the doors are locked. No one is opening them but if I peek behind the door I can see her fat receptionist standing there with her phone up simply laughing taking to someone who I expect to be Amber Lee. Instead of admitting their mistake they do nothing but call the cops. Amber is no where near a good or even ok doctor. This is NOT the only time she had messed up and not admitted to it. I once had to have another doctor at the same location test me again for a uti because ambers vaginal swab came back negative. Yet the other doctor was able to do a urine test and it came back positive. I was very excited when she was assigned as my doctor because as a black woman our issues are never taken seriously. And she is a very HUGE part of the problem. She needs to do better or simply go to a job you actually like doing.

Np Lee was helpful with my strep throat diagnosis. She and her medical assistant we quick with testing and treated me quickly as well. She was helpful in explaining care regarding the diagnosis.

Amber Lee was incredible. She is knowledgeable and credible. She is not the person to go to if you want to take advantage of the healthcare system. She is professional and uses logic to treat her patients. I would recommend her to my family and colleagues.

She have not explained to me why she was changing my medication and or strength of medication She have to see me for everything. I paid for forms that had to field out by her and it take up two weeks.

Amber Lee was unprofessional, rude and My visit was the worst visit ever. I Would never go to this clinic again as long as she is there if I told you guys all the stuff she did wrong and rude I would be writing a book! I Wouldnt let her care my pet fish. She needs to voluntarily quit and go work in a cave somewhere(.)

Avoid this provider! Thanks to NP Amber lee, my completely healthy daughter landed in the emergency room from an extreme anxiety attack. My daughter is 18 with no history of health issues of any sort. She was administered an EKG by Amber and her associates and was then told by them that she has a couple abnormalities in her heart. We immediately made an appointment for a cardiologist, but my daughter didn’t take the news well and believed something was wrong with her. She had an extreme anxiety attack (which have similar symptoms to heart attack) and we went to the ER thinking she was having a heart attack. At the ER they did extensive testing, 3 more EKGs, and an x ray which showed that she had NO heart abnormalities at all. Few days before my daughters ER visit, she went in for a physical. In which two nurses were not able to retrieve her blood because “she wasn’t hydrated enough” but at the ER they retrieved her blood with no problem. Rainbow medical center a

I’m so surprised to see others with low ratings, as someone that works in healthcare I felt that NP Lee was efficient, resourceful, and kind. It’s hard to see many patients a day especially if they’re asking for multiple treatments or tests in one day. For the person upset that she had difficulty with her computer, I didn’t know health care professionals weren’t human! Highly recommend her and will go back to see her again.

If you can avoid seeing this provider, I would highly advise that. She was rude, did not listen to my concerns or answer my questions. Furthermore, she was unable to accurately read her computer system to find my records and was about to order the same test be done. Her wonderful staff had to show her she was wrong. She couldn't complete a physical for me and review xrays on the same visit. I get the feeling she wants to make the patient come back as many times as possible for no stated reason.

Amber D'Neice Lee aka Rice is always in a Hurry. She no longer carries a Valid NP Licence in Nevada since 4/19/18. Beware if you're given this Provider. Make sure her Credentials are up to date and she stops to Listen to your Problems.

I have been to the cambridge center for multiple reasons in the past, mainly because I needed a refill on an albuterol prescription. The doctors here, including but not limited to Ms. Amber Lee are unprofessional, uninformed, and poorly trained. I went in today to recieve a work release after a sustained injiry from a motor accident. I scheduled the appointment two weeks prior, but when I arrived today, I was told I wouldn't be seen. The doctor refused to even see me, and sent an assistant.

There was no establishment of a trust relationship. From first visit felt uncomfortable with her approach and interaction with me. I went again for two more visits. Often moody. Would hear her outside the room I was in greeting another patient in an upbeat way as she entered room, then when she would come in my room and was completely different, distant, not friendly and dismissive. One visit she seemed to care; other 2 visits like a different person. Could not trust her to see again.
