Staff working in SIU Group are non caring and unprofessional. While trying to obtain CT scan results Angela and Kendra were rude and hung up on us. They first stated they did not have results only after we called DMH twice and SIU Office three times did they then admit that they had the results all along but could not give them to us. We were informed that the office manager and Ms Garwood were both conveniently unavailable. Staff was also ill informed about insurance requirements.
