Amber is cold an unwilling to help anyone. She has no bedside manner nor does her office. Refrain from putting yourself through the trouble or with their office staff as well. I had a great provider in their office, but when she left Amber took over. Needless to say I no longer get treatment here

Very disappointed with Amber's lack luster response to my sister's repeated cries for help. As a mental health professional, she seemed only ready to prescribe medications; not to seek real solutions to my sister's acute and dibiliating depression and anxiety. Be your own advocate! Get a second, 3rd opinion! Do not rely on Amber to get you care and treatment you may need. Thank God we did not wait!!!

My mother saw Amber for one whole year. All she seems to do is prescribe different meds and you almost feel like a lab rat. She saw my mom at her lowest 3 time in a matter of 3 weeks and not once did she go out of her way to get my mother the help. instead she represcribed her a medication that she tried and failed. My mother felt that after trying different meds Amber became fustrated and gave her a hard time to get a note for work. She even gave us push back to get a referral to be admitted.
