I don't do phone, but DID, PRE-msg.... & prior came across an 'other' msg port, (don't recall specifically, possibly an E-address) & left that 'prior' site, typed msg, MONDAY, 22nd-24', that I chose to 'cancel This appt.', .... may want to check All 'your' lesser-used, communication venues.

I was currently under the care of a male doctor in order to fix my multiple health issues. Every visit with that doctor felt rushed. And every time I was asked a question and I answered he would always say why. Do you smoke yes why. Do you drink no why. Etc etc... I requested a PCP change and Amber was the other doctor available at the clinic. On my first visit with her I swear we sat in that room for 20 minutes while she let me tell her everything I was experiencing with my health and she wrote everything down. When I finished she went down the list herself asking details of every situation going on. Wonderful not being rushed through a 5-minute doctor visit and to actually have a doctor care about the things going on with me. My heart will be crushed if I ever have to change my PCP from amber. She is the best doctor I have ever had in my 40 years of life. Thank you so much Amber for coming to work everyday and being the awesome doctor you are. It means more than words can express. Ty

I went in to see Amber Acord, PA, for my annual wellness exam because my usual doctor was too far away after I moved, but as soon as the visit got started I got the feeling I'd be changing primary care physician through my insurance. Dr. Acord is very relaxed and confident and puts you at ease right off the bat. She actually smiles a lot, which is rare with doctors, in my experience. We talked about every concern I was having, large and small and she never once seemed annoyed that I was talking too long or that my thoughts were invalid. She's very knowledgeable and asked me great questions that made me remember things I'd forgotten to tell her. She ordered blood work which found that needed a medication dosage raised and that new Rx was called in and fill by the next morning. Did I mention how comfortable she makes you feel? I've nerve felt so comfortable with a doctor before. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her. You won't regret it.
