A complete waste of a medical visit. She misdiagnosed, ignored symptoms, & disregarded the concerns of my teenage children 3 separate times (saying one had mono when she had no symptoms; telling another child with extreme fatigue - who later tested + for something else - that she was just sad because of the pandemic, maybe she wasn't eating or drinking enough, "girls get like that sometimes," or she had mono a few months ago without knowing it - see a pattern here with the mono diagnosis? - and not wanting to do anything medically for her; telling my child with an infection that came back immediately after stopping her antibiotics that she should just take antihistamines - which she had been doing and they had not been working. She said that it wasn't an infection & again didn't want to do anything for her). When called on it, she has changed her online notes and has lied to the doctor/triage nurse, stating that she has discussed things that were never talked about during the visit.

Horrible! She was fake and superficial, and afraid to help me. She just farmed me out a bunch of referrals. She didn’t care at all about my pain and let me know right away that she would not be prescribing anything for that. What a waste of time. I wanted to ask her why she was even there! She was going to prescribe me something to help with my pain but after I left she had someone call me and let me know she changed her mind. How tacky.
