My appointment was rescheduled from my regular doctor to specifically meet with Dr. Strom. I arrived prior to my appointment time and completed all paperwork. I then waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes before seeing Dr. Strom. Several other patients were also waiting but all were gone by the time I was taken to a room. Dr. Strom blows into the room and glibly said sorry you had to wait which seems sufficient apology for a 30-45 minute wait but highly disrespectful for 135 minute one.

- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
