When I first saw mrs Smith I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown dealing with depression and anxiety. Upon meeting Amanda I felt comfortable immediately and somehow I just knew I could trust her. I found myself sharing things with Amanda that I had never discussed with anyone. With her guidance I worked through all my issues and now, a year later. I am happier and most importantly I feel hopeful. I made more progress in one year with Amanda than I did in ten years with other therapists.
