Nowadays NP-C isn't the same anymore
She gets frustrated easily and will often ask us 'what do you guys want me to do? ' If I have the answer to those things then I wouldn't be here having this conversation with a medical professional, she should've list several suggestions for us to at pick from. Also she seems to be in a rush to see the next patient because she was passive aggressive and tries to get me to talk before I was finished with my translation. The lack of respect made my elderly mom uncomfortable and reluctant to see her again. That makes me wonder what the current NP requirements and training standards are She's impatient, passive aggressive, dismissive demeanor, poor communication and medical practice experience.

Unbelievable and uncaring server
She is quite rude, and acting like we weren’t worthy of her care and time. I was in beyond shock of this behavior, go as far as yelling at us and even sighing when we asked her a question. She didn’t even care about what was wrong she just wanted us to get out of there, we told her that my mother doesn’t speak English and we will be translating for her. She tried to take advantage of her knowing she can’t English she started yelling at her, because she didn’t understand. She was super passive aggressive and disrespectful. She even yelled at her a second time. She was very demanding of us and yelling at us again. This is unacceptable and I don’t understand why she even is a NP if she doesn’t seem to care about her patients. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Very aggressive
Very agressive .She gave us a very bad attitude, she was yelling being passive aggressive, clearly she learned nothing from medical school (a medical student). Treating patients like this is beyond ridiculous and being rude and not understanding of a situation. Yelling at us over which medication she took. Yelling at someone that doesn’t speak English is inappropriate behavior. I was trying to translate to my grandmother she was speaking over us not letting me even explain what she was going to do to my grandmother. Unacceptable and unbelievable that she even works as a nurse practitioner.

She could careless
I have no clue as to why Amanda chose the medical industry for her career. I am a patient and its very clear that she could care less whether I received effective treatment or not. Its a waste of time for everyone.
