I had an appointment scheduled for 2:20. I confirmed online & filled out the paperwork prior to my visit. I walked through the doors with the understanding that I only needed to show up as I’d already filled out everything. It was 2:20 on the dot. Obviously it would be preferable to arrive a few minutes early, but it was not communicated to me that it was necessary given I had completed my ppwk ahead of time. I was told I didn’t complete the process so they’d have to ask the nurse if I could still be seen. (I e-signed and completed the paperwork so this was false) The nurse refused to see me & I was turned away & told to reschedule because I was late. Honestly, if they treat human beings so indifferently how can I trust them or Nurse Sanders with my very private healthcare needs? So much goes into making making arrangements to get there just to be turned away & lied to about my supposedly “incomplete” paperwork. I was treated like a disposable commodity, not a patient. Very let down.
