Would not recommend for chronic health conditions
Saw this NP as a new patient after moving to Madison from Chicagoland. She did not introduce herself, (I had to ask her what I should refer to her as) spent about 12 minutes with me, asked about 5-6 questions and said she was changing my medications (for my chronic conditions) that I have been taking for 10 + years with the guidance of my previous provider, who I see every 3 months at one of the top rated, Magnet awarded Hospitals in my Chicago suburb. Would not recommend this NP. I was the 9 am appointment to her, not a person. 0 compassion. 0 healthcare collaboration between medical provider and patient. 0 care about my mental health. I left the appointment in tears. Period.
