She was covering for my MD who had already diagnosed a sinus infection. He said just message via Baptist MyChart for him to send prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. All I got from Purser was question after question—-dates, times, etc., back and forth. I just said enough. I’d already been diagnosed with a sinus is infection by my medical doctor! I could go to a walk-in clinic and get a script for antibiotics in far, far less time. I spent New Years miserable. Poor medical care at Baptist Premiere. Fund another provider!

She is so sweet and caring. I don’t mind coming to see her as my doctor. She genuinely cares for each patient and is not in a rush each appointment.
