Amazing listener & so helpful
Amanda really wanted to get to the problem of my health issues. She has been so amazing and communicative and ordered a bunch of tests so we can figure out what is going on. She makes me feel very heard.

Refuses to listen to patients or explain medications. Constantly cuts off patients when speaking. Comes into an appointment with her mind already made up. Will only suggest medications patient is ready taking (without success). Repeats herself robotically until it is clear that the appointment is going nowhere.
