Amanda has been my therapist for a few months now and she’s amazing. She builds a relationship with her patients and she is so kind and welcoming and it feels so easy to talk to her. She has helped me to overcome some of my issues in a short amount of time, she has taught me that it’s ok to speak up and be myself.

Amanda has been my therapist for 4 years now and she is the best therapist I have ever had. She is kind, compassionate and meets you right where you are. She will push you to interpret you emotions but will go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Her knowledge and use of IFS therapy are phenomenal. She can understand and relate to anyone regardless of race, ethnicity or gender.

Amanda has been my therapist for over a year now, and I couldn't ask for a better match. She is kind, understanding, welcoming, but also pushes you to really interpret "your Internal Family System parts" to overcome emotional challenges and live a happier life. I love her!!
