Everytime I go in it's stressful told me I was rude when I was in a manic episode... In a prior visit... Wouldn't listen to my concerns and issues told she was going to taper me off psychotic medication she put me on and made me feel horrible for being on a medication that has nothing to do with her... Argumentive during the visits and told me the worst has already happened when I got severely hurt. I would not recommend to any of my loved ones as she seems very heartless. Not happy at all with last visit. If I could give 0star I would.

Failed to prepare for visit. Was unwilling or unable to access prior visit with Licensed Social Worker that was a prerequisite to seeing her. Asked for health information already provided. Unfamiliar with my reason for seeing her. Unfamiliar with common medication purpose and dosing. Failed to follow up with referral information to a psychiatrist better equipped to handle medication management. Visit was stressful rather than supportive. Many weeks later, no documentation was available regarding lengthy discussion regarding visit, as a follow-up call from office inquired as to care I'd received elsewhere. Sorry, way too little, way too late. If I'd not had a caring psychiatrist willing to see me on extremely short notice, and not in network, my life was in danger.
