That concern about my breathing problems and the explanation of treatment was excellent. She helped me gain confidence in my condition that it will improve with the following treatment recommendations. Her ability to communicate with me made me feel comfortable and asking lots of questions.

She is very good at her job she found my health problems when no other doctor could she listens to my health worries and finds the problem and gets me the right medical care I don't know what I would do with out her

Amanda is great. However, the entire apparatus of this healthcare group is non-functional. I cannot contact her using the phone system because her name is not in the directory. I cannot email her because no one on the clinical side has bothered to enter any of my information, health or otherwise, into the new online site, it has been 6 months. I will be switching to another provider this week.

I've been seeing Amanda for a few yrs. and she has always shown care and concern to me. If you don't know what is being given or prescribed to you, then it is YOUR fault for not asking questions. It's your responsibility to be informed and participating in your own health care. Be an informed consumer. That goes for everything in your life. Amanda and most of her staff have always given me great care and treatment. Always take the time to answer all my questions or give me the info I need. They work very hard and need appreciation for thankless situations. Remember, state/country are in desperate need of more healthcare workers. This clinic is low-cost, they are overworked, short staffed, and have to deal with a lot of somewhat questionable people. Are you one? I am,grateful for Amanda and staff, and the care I receive.

I so tired of paying $800 a month for health insurance - just to see pretentious nurse practitioners who struggle to tell the difference between a duck and a carrot. Rude- robotic. Bed side manner of mashed potatoes. Put me on medicine failed to tell me that I would become dependent on it after prolonged use. Then she moved- Where did two weeks of the pharmacy every day telling me she hasn’t got back to us till I finally reach someone at her office and they told me she moved. The whole office is full of a bunch of nurses running around pretending to be doctors I don’t think there’s a doctor in the building. This is budget insurance provider activities. I had better service on Medicaid. Shame on their facility and anyone that works there. Besides the kind receptionist, The whole place is trash especially that NURSE Randall. What a pain in the butt she is let me tell you. Passive agressive, condescending, And definitely butt hurt that I new the difference between hr education & a dr

Dr. Amanda Horton is the best medical provider that I've had in my adult life. She listens to my concerns, addresses my conditions one at a time, takes the time to explain the treatment options, along with the advantages/disadvantages of the plan. She takes the time to listen, and answer my questions. the importance of the plan. Her office does a good job with returning phone calls,, and sends reminders about appointments. A few years ago, I referred my sister in law to her, and Dr. Horton has been a key component to the success of her medical issues. Helping my sister in law with her depression and hopelessness. A complete credit goes to Dr. Horton for bringing a better quality of life to her .
