Amanda is not professional. She chose not to return several voice mail messages I left her regarding my husband's medicines she had prescribed. Instead, she called the memory care facility where he resides and told the nurse there she was not going to talk to me - she will communicate via the facility staff. Amanda also said I was calling her personal phone number - it is the only phone number I have for her. She could have called my phone number and provided her preferred contact information rather than avoiding me and talking with the facility staff. This was probably why she did not respond directly to me, but that is my assumption. Extremely unprofessional method of handling an issue that could have easily been resolved.
