Great!
Emergency room, 3 am. In severe discomfort. Amanda came in, quickly and efficiently gathered information she needed for diagnosis. Explained clearly what it was and what she felt was the proper treatment. Then told me she wanted to get a second opinion on one item. Returned, ordered labs, clearly explained what my job was when they sent me home and got me on my way...all with a very kind demeanor and warm smile. I don't think you can recommend Energency Room personnel, but if I could, I would. I hate hospitals but a friendly face goes along way to easing anxiety. Thanks Amanda!
