I visited the Med express today in chicopee on Memorial Drive. I was seen by Amanda Galloway and she was wonderful. Terrific bedside manner, cared about what I had to say, and sat down right next to me to listen to every word. She was kind, understanding, and encouraging. I’m very glad to have met her. She was very professional.

I have worked too hard and for too long to be treated with this level of respect. I have cars are older than these kids. Staff dont even acknowledge me till 30 min wait, confused explanation on my foot pain and no referral. keep your time and dignity and go someplace else.
