Me. Cypret was a true disappointment. She was supposed to be seeing my son for play therapy however, she was often late to scheduled appointments. My son would cry when we would get to her Leesburg office and she would say things like " toughen up!". She was very rude to my husband and told him he need parenting classes after raising 6 kids and working full time! Avoid her.
