Degrading, stuck up, liar
Horrible medical service with this PA. Judgmental and rude. Would not acknowledge my previous or ongoing medical conditions. Wrote incorrect prescriptions, even though noted in previous and current conditions. Chauncey forged paperwork that I was supposed to fill out. She did not document my other health problems, she claimed she sent me home with a 7 day script for a medication I have been on for 15 years, yet when I picked up my prescription it was for the wrong medicine and only for 5 days. Chauncey Wrote inaccurate medical discharge paperwork which I followed up on. Please do not see this PA at the ER at ECMC or any facility.
