Awful visit with Baldwin, rude and a know it all. Don’t take time to review my notes then charged me for an extended visit. I am not a doctor, so I don’t know all the terms that she expected me to know. She got super lippy and aggressive which when I gave it right back she instantly became defensive. I am leaving her and SSM over what happened and then da t it takes months to get appointments.

Heavy attitude and an apparent inability to professionally handle conflicting matters of opinion. She is a service worker, so she should be familiar with the poise and professionalism required for personal interactions.

I just returned from an appointment with A. Baldwin and left feeling worse than when I arrived. One of the two issues I was seeing her for was anxiety which was under control this morning. An hour later I am seething. I don't require a warm and fuzzy bedside manner but I do expect my healthcare providers to perform at a high level and at the very least, 'Do no harm'. This visit did not live up to that very basic standard. Her attitude screamed, 'Do Not Trust Me'. Noted. I was sitting in front of her, telling my truth, and asking for help. Her only responce was to demand that I do her job for her and to tell her what I wanted from her. At one point I told her, 'That's why I'm here, you tell me'. She had zero interest in that and informed me of her time constraints. I managed to maintain my composure and left with 2 SSM referrals which I have already thrown in the trash. My interaction with Amanda was a waste of my time and OBVIOUSLY hers as well. Thanks for nothing.
